To drive business growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and clients, delivering tailored underwriting solutions, and contributing to the success of the team through intelligent decision-making and market expertise.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with brokers and clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Assess and underwrite risks in line with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to deliver competitive and profitable solutions.
- Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities while retaining existing business.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks at all times.
- Contribute to the development of underwriting strategies and product offerings.
EXPERIENCE
- A solid understanding of P&C and/or PI insurance
- Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Proven track record of winning and retaining business in a competitive environment.
- ACII qualification is preferred, or significant experience to meet FCA requirements.
