Role Purpose
To provide support in providing excellent service to our clients to include providing support to the Case Management Advisory team. Ensuring high levels of customer advice and guidance in keeping within parameters as set by our Delegated Authority Service Level Agreements along with our Internal Compliance and Assurance guidelines.

We will rely on you to:
Assist with the processing and inputting of new cases onto our system.
Update insurances databases.
Ensuring that any identified technical knowledge required for the role is maintained.
Being responsible for your own professional and personal development.
Identify opportunities for improvement and work with stakeholders to deliver.
Build and maintains client relationships.
Build and maintains insurer relationships.
What you need to have:
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Applications in particular Powerpoint Outlook Word and Excel.
Willingness to work toward Cert CII Qualifications.
Familiar with or the ability to develop sound working knowledge of IT platforms utilised by the team including Acturis.
Has an ability to acquire and understand a broad range of industries their exposures and risk profiles
Ability to work under pressure while working within agreed protocols and principles.
Growth mindset.
Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple challenges simultaneously.
