Senior Commercial Insurance Broker Coventry | Up to £50,000 depending on experience | Primarily office based, with flexibility available by agreement Bring your commercial broking expertise to a role where you can handle varied risks, support developing colleagues and help shape how the team works. An established Coventry brokerage is looking for an experienced commercial insurance professional to work closely with its Branch Director.

Alongside managing your own commercial portfolio, you'll provide technical guidance to less experienced brokers and contribute to the team's day-to-day organisation and development. The book spans SME and mid-market clients, offering a broad range of risks and regular opportunities to use your market knowledge. What you'll be doing Manage and develop a varied commercial portfolio, maintaining strong client relationships. Broke risks to insurers, negotiate terms and arrange appropriate cover.

Help less experienced colleagues work through technical queries and develop their broking knowledge. Work with the Branch Director on workflow, service standards and team development. Maintain accurate records and high standards of compliance. What you'll bring At least five years' commercial broking experience, including a strong understanding of mid-market risks. Confidence handling a range of commercial insurance classes and negotiating with insurers.

Cert CII or a higher CII qualification. Proficiency in Acturis. A willingness to share your expertise and support colleagues. The organisation and judgement to balance client responsibilities with wider team involvement. What's on offer A salary of up to £50,000, depending on experience.
