Based across the Midlands, this is a high-trust, high-autonomy Producer
- Corporate Insurance position. You'll have the freedom to build your book your way, supported by strong technical teams and a proposition that stands up in front of sophisticated buyers.

What you'll be doing:

• Developing and converting new corporate insurance opportunities across the Midlands
• Building long-term relationships with mid-market and corporate clients
• Leading client conversations around complex insurance programmes
• Working closely with in-house broking and placement teams
• Retaining and growing a portfolio of corporate insurance clients
• Representing the business in the Midlands insurance market

What they're looking for:

• Proven track record as a Producer, Account Executive or Business Development lead within insurance
• Strong experience in corporate or large commercial insurance
• Credibility dealing with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• Ability to win, structure and retain sizeable insurance accounts
• Self-sufficient, commercially sharp and comfortable with autonomy
• Established network within the Midlands insurance market
