We are seeking a talented English Linguistics Specialist to join our customer’s team as an AI Trainer. This unique opportunity lets you harness your linguistic acumen to advance artificial intelligence by ensuring precise language analysis, correction, and nuanced English understanding. Collaborate remotely with a team that values exceptional written and verbal communication, and play a pivotal role in shaping next‑generation AI language models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, annotate, and correct English language data to improve AI comprehension and fluency.
- Perform rigorous linguistic analysis to ensure subtle distinctions in syntax, grammar and semantics are captured.
- Collaborate with AI developers and other linguists to provide expertise on language use and edge cases.
- Draft clear documentation and guidelines that support consistent annotation standards for AI training data.
- Evaluate AI system outputs, identifying linguistic inaccuracies and suggesting improvements.
- Stay current with advancements in AI language technologies and contribute to process enhancements.
- Champion best practices in written and verbal communication within the remote team environment.
Required Skillsand Qualifications :
- Expert command of English grammar, syntax, and usage.
- Demonstrated experience in linguistic analysis and data annotation.
- Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot subtle language nuances and errors.
- Familiarity with AI language models, natural language processing, or related technologies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; a strong advocate for clarity and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Linguistics, English, Computational Linguistics, or related field.
