Premium Linguistic is seeking Booking Coordinators / Customer Service Advisers to join our Bookings Team in Birmingham. This full-time, office-based role involves coordinating interpreters for face-to-face and remote assignments, and communicating with clients via phone and email to ensure bookings are covered accurately and efficiently.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, customer-focused, and able to multitask under pressure. Start ASAP;
Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm.
