The firm is a long-standing and highly-regarded firm in the West Midlands area which is seeking a corporate partner to join its transactional team in Birmingham as a key part of its expansion strategy.

Well-connected within the local area and driven to grow your practice further, you will be able to point to a strong technical skill‑set as well as a proven ability to attract and develop clients, and will be comfortable advising on matters including M&A, corporate finance, private equity, joint ventures, MBO/MBIs and/or restructuring.

You will be looking to join a well-regarded firm which already has a strong corporate offering and which is looking to expand this offering in Birmingham with a senior level hire.
