You'll manage a varied private client caseload, advising individuals and families on wills, probate and estate administration, trusts, inheritance tax planning, and lasting powers of attorney. The role offers a strong level of autonomy, supported by a collaborative and experienced private client team.
You'll work closely with clients on sensitive and often complex matters, providing clear, practical, and empathetic advice. There is also scope to contribute to business development initiatives and play a role in the continued growth of the firm's private client practice in the Birmingham market.
- Qualified solicitor with solid experience in private client law
