Commercial Solicitor | 3+ PQE | National Law Firm | Birmingham

BCL Legal is delighted to be working with a highly regarded national law firm in search of a talented Commercial Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious associate to join a dynamic and growing commercial team, gaining exposure to high-quality work while benefiting from excellent career progression prospects.

As a Commercial Solicitor, you will:

• Work as part of a nationally recognised team with a strong reputation for commercial work.
• Advise on a broad range of commercial matters, including general commercial contracts, supply chain agreements, outsourcing, intellectual property, technology, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
• Support senior team members on complex matters while also developing your own client relationships.
• Have the opportunity to work with a varied client base, including large corporates, SMEs, sports clubs and public sector organisations.
• Play a role in business development and networking, with excellent support from the firm to build your profile.

To be successful in your application for this Commercial Solicitor vacancy, you will have:

• At least 3 years' PQE in commercial law, gained at a well-regarded law firm or in-house team.
• Experience in drafting, negotiating, and advising on a variety of commercial contracts.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage your own caseload effectively.
• A proactive approach to business development and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
