Overview

JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
LOCATION: Berkshire (Hybrid Working – 3 Days in Office)
SALARY: Competitive + Benefits

• In this client-facing position, you’ll manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, advising clients on a wide variety of residential transactions, including:
• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases (including complex and high-value properties)
• New build transactions
• Support for first-time buyers
• Leasehold-specific matters
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
• Lease extensions and enfranchisement (involvement optional based on interest/experience)

• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer
• Solid experience managing your own conveyancing files independently
• A client-focused, solutions-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• A collaborative, team-based approach and willingness to share knowledge
