The team at Elite Touch Group are excited to be working with a well-established client who are seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy conveyancing team, based at their Dartford office.

The main focus of the role is dealing with sales and purchase transactions; freehold and leasehold properties. You will receive solid department support, excellent exposure and also the opportunity to develop your knowledge.

The ideal candidate should have at least 12 months Conveyancing experience, either as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant and prior exposure to handling a caseload is also desirable but not essential.

• Computer literate (i.e., experience with Microsoft Office) with an eye for detail.
• Goal-oriented with an ability to adapt to change quickly.
• Excellent telephone and client-facing skills.
• Have the ability to work to very tight deadlines and work under pressure.
• Have excellent organisational and administrative qualities.
• Good communication, interpersonal and IT skills.
• Commercial property knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
