Specialist Private Client practice founded in Brighton/Hove in 2000, seeks Solicitor or CILEX to join the existing team. Some WFH is also on offer.

The successful lawyer will be dealing with a mix of Probates, Wills, POAs, Court of Protection work and advising clients on Estate Planning matters. Any additional experience with Wills/Probate disputes or associated property work would be an advantage.

Working alongside a small team of 3 lawyers including a Solicitor and Legal Assistant, you will be acting for and advising Sussex, Kent, Surrey & London based clients on a full range of private client services.

You will be working from the firms new offices in Hove and should be IT literate and have experience working with Case Management systems.
