Paralegal - Private Equity

Overview

Paralegal – Private Equity | Birmingham | Hybrid Working. A private equity firm is looking to hire a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to join their legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of commercial and corporate legal matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Assist with the review of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
• Assist with release letters
• Obtain and maintain post-completion legal documentation
• Update and manage the securities register and securities database
• Produce reports, memos, letters, and presentations using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software
• Conduct legal research using recognised tools and databases

• Previous experience as a Paralegal in a commercial or corporate legal environment
• Strong understanding of legal documentation and transaction processes
• Proficient in legal research tools and document management systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
