Clinical Negligence Solicitor (Defendant), 2+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £55,000+ (DOE) – A new opportunity for a talented Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a dedicated team. JOB

• Manage your own caseload, including litigated matters, delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
• Assist more senior members of the team on complex, high-value claims spanning a wide range of medical disciplines.
• Provide accurate, empathetic, and clear legal advice, ensuring clients feel supported and informed every step of the way.
• Collaborate across the firm to deliver an exceptional, seamless client experience.

• Applications are sought from Clinical Negligence Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years PQE, ideally with defendant side experience.
• A proven ability to manage your own caseload, including litigated claims.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in taking instructions and giving sound legal advice.
• Experience assisting senior solicitors with complex, high-value cases.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, supportive team.
