Service Care Solutions is working alongside a highly regarded and community centred law firm, based in Birmingham, which needs a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their team. In this role you will handle your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring a seamless and client-focused service.
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £30,000 to £60,000 per annum (this will be dependent on experience and qualification)
Responsibilities- Handling freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders.
- Conducting title checks, drafting contracts, and managing completions.
