Residential Property Solicitors Wanted – Birmingham/West Midlands

We are recruiting for multiple law firms across Birmingham and the West Midlands seeking experienced Residential Property Solicitors to join their growing teams.

Position: Residential Property Solicitor
Experience: All levels of PQE welcome (with salary based on experience)
Location: Birmingham / West Midlands
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 (DOE) + Comprehensive Benefits Package

• Solid experience handling a full range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently, with excellent attention to detail
• Strong client relationship skills and a customer-focused approach
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
