A well-known and highly respected law firm in Birmingham is seeking an ambitious Employment Solicitor (NQ–5 years PQE) to join its established and growing employment team. You will advise on a broad range of employment law matters, including:

• Contentious and non-contentious employment work
• Unfair dismissal and discrimination claims
• TUPE and redundancy advice
• Employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
• Supporting corporate transactions with employment expertise

You will work closely with senior lawyers on high-value and strategic matters, gaining exposure to excellent clients across a range of sectors.

• NQ–5 years PQE in employment law
• Experience in contentious and/or advisory employment matters
• Strong technical ability and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• A proactive and commercially minded approach
