We are working with a highly regarded national claimant law firm that is continuing to invest in the growth of its Clinical Negligence practice following a significant increase in high-quality instructions.

The firm is seeking to appoint Clinical Negligence Solicitors at Grade A or B level
, with flexibility to consider more senior appointments where there is a strong strategic fit. Applications are welcomed from Associates, Senior Associates, Team Leaders, Heads of Department, Legal Directors, and Partners
. An existing client following is advantageous but not essential
.

The successful candidate will work with a high degree of autonomy while benefiting from strong team support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a caseload of clinical negligence matters from inception to conclusion, including complex and high-value claims
• Providing clear, empathetic advice to clients throughout sensitive and often life-changing matters
• Liaising with medical experts, counsel, and other stakeholders to progress cases effectively
• Contributing to overall team performance and successful case outcomes
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate, depending on seniority

There is genuine scope for senior candidates to contribute to team leadership and departmental development.

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
• Minimum of 4 years’ PQE handling Clinical Negligence matters
• Ability to manage cases independently
