Senior Construction Counsel — Energy & Infrastructure

Working for a Construction Law team based in Birmingham, you'll get exposure to large scale projects covering a wide range of domestic and international matters, with opportunities in both the Non-Contentious and Contentious Teams.

Acting for governments, public bodies, major multinational and international corporations and contractors, the matters you will deal with will be significant and complex. As part of one of the largest teams in the UK and Globally.

You will be:

• Acting for a wide range of clients, with a focus on Energy and Infrastructure and built environment.
• Providing strategic and commercial legal advice on major energy, infrastructure and development projects
• Handling your own matters from end to end
• Providing support and guidance to more junior lawyers
• Getting involved with business development
• Working with your colleagues in the regional and international teams and wider practices

If you were joining the Contentious Team you would also be:

• Getting involved with complex dispute resolution
• Handling Arbitrations, Adjudications and Mediations
