Commercial Property Solicitor (Partner), Birmingham
Salary: £ Competitive (DOE) – salary dependent on experience.
We are recruiting a Commercial Property Partner for a National Law firm located in Birmingham City Centre. The firm has experienced exponential growth over the last five years and is now looking to appoint an additional partner to support its expanding commercial property practice.
Applicants will be working with a portfolio of high‑profile clients, handling a wide range of real estate transactions that include development, investment, regeneration work and general commercial property matters.
- As the appointed Commercial Property Partner you will be able to demonstrate an excellent track record to date and will be highly experienced in all areas of Commercial Property law, though you may feel frustrated by your current firm's direction.>
- You will ideally be a Partner and have developed a depth of knowledge in all areas of the sector, including development and investment, regeneration work, and general commercial property matters.
- Applications are also sought from Senior Commercial Property Associates who are frustrated at the lack of progression within their current firm and are looking for the next step on the career ladder. You MUST have a following for this role.
- As the chosen Commercial Property Partner you will play a key role in the firm’s exciting growth phase.
- You will have developed a strong network of contacts that will be pleased to instruct you on future matters, and you will be a strong, motivational leader.
- You will be expected to support the more senior members of the team and provide supervision and support to the more junior members.
- The firm is regarded as a leading national law practice and plans to grow via lateral hires. It is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Partner who is focused on this sector.
- You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
