Position: Real Estate Commercial Development 5+PQE

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced and ambitious real estate lawyer to contribute to some of the UK’s most high‑profile development and investment projects.

The firm is home to one of the UK’s largest and most dynamic real estate practices, with more than 275 commercially minded, innovative and pragmatic lawyers. The team works alongside many of the sector’s most successful organisations and has played a key role in delivering major developments throughout their lifecycle.

The team is one of the largest dedicated commercial development and investment teams in the UK, representing major investors and developers on high‑value, strategically significant projects. Their work demands technical excellence, commercial insight, and the ability to deliver at pace.

Clients include a wide range of investors, developers, property companies, institutional investors, local authorities, funds, shopping centre operators and private clients. The team advises on mixed‑use schemes, offices, shopping centres, business and retail parks, life sciences assets, hotels, industrial estates and logistics parks.

This role offers an outstanding platform for a dynamic, technically strong solicitor‑ideally with at least 5 years’ PQE‑to further their career on major development projects. The successful candidate will work as part of a core specialist team on some of the largest and most complex developments in the country, while also gaining exposure to investment transactions, commercial lettings and general property work.
