Joining the Birmingham Commercial Disputes team, you will work alongside experienced partners and legal professionals on a broad range of general commercial contentious matters. You will play a key role in supporting and growing client relationships while helping to develop the next generation of legal talent within the team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advising clients on a wide range of commercial disputes and litigation matters.
• Managing complex cases from inception through to resolution.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Supporting business development initiatives and networking activities.
• Supervising, mentoring and helping develop junior team members.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider national practice.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Strong technical expertise in general commercial disputes.
• Experience gained within a reputable commercial litigation practice.
• A proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional client service.
