A leading national law firm is looking to appoint a Property Litigation Associate with 3+ years' PQE to join its established and highly regarded team in Birmingham.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Property Litigation Solicitor to join a successful practice handling a high-quality and varied caseload, working alongside experienced lawyers and advising a strong client base.

You will work on a broad range of commercial property disputes
, acting for landlords, tenants, developers, investors, funders and other property professionals.

Your caseload is likely to include:

• Landlord and tenant disputes.
• Lease renewals and terminations.
• Dilapidations.
• Rent and service charge disputes.
• Breaches of covenant.
• Possession and forfeiture proceedings.
• Property-related contractual disputes.
• Boundary, easement and nuisance matters.
• Development and investment disputes.
• General commercial property litigation.

You will have significant responsibility for your own matters while working closely with senior members of the team on more complex and high-value disputes.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• 3+ years' PQE in Property Litigation.
• Strong experience dealing with commercial property disputes.
• Excellent technical and drafting skills.
• The ability to manage a caseload with appropriate autonomy.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• A commercial and pragmatic approach to dispute resolution.
• The ambition to develop their career within a leading national practice.

You may currently be working as an Associate, Senior Associate or experienced Property Litigation Solicitor and be looking for a role offering high-quality work, excellent clients and genuine career progression.
