The firm
A leading international law firm with a large network of UK offices and a wide mix of corporate, public sector and financial services clients.
The roleYou will join a commercial contracts team advising on everything from large strategic deals to standard trading terms.
- Advise private and public sector clients, with a focus on transport, utilities and engineering
- Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements
- Give commercial support on corporate and real estate deals
- Work with colleagues across the UK and overseas and help with client briefings and articles
- 2 to 6 years PQE in commercial contracts in private practice
- Strong drafting and a good knowledge of different contract types
- The ability to run several matters at once to tight deadlines
- At senior associate level, some coaching of junior lawyers and business development
- Flexible and hybrid working, open to discussion at interview
