Are you an experienced supply chain leader ready to take on a high-impact role within a major aerospace modification environment? This opportunity offers the chance to influence supplier strategy, performance, and relationships across a complex and fast-moving operation.

We're supporting a leading aerospace organisation in the search for a Senior Supplier Management Lead to oversee supplier alignment, performance, and on-site supply chain activities across a multi-stakeholder environment. This position offers a hybrid setup, with an average of 3 days per week on-site in Birmingham
.

• Acting as the key on-site interface between UK and international supply chain teams
• Leading procurement activities, supplier strategy, contract development and bid packages
• Managing major subcontractor performance and resolving on-site supplier issues
• Maintaining and governing supply chain baselines
• Reporting on supplier performance and producing meaningful metrics for leadership
• Building strong relationships with suppliers, engineering teams and programme leadership
• Monitoring and mitigating supply chain risks, issues and opportunities
• Driving continuous improvement, quality, and operational excellence

• ✔ 7+ years’ experience in supply chain management
• ✔ Strong background within global, complex supply chains
• ✔ Experience in acquisition or sustainment projects, ideally within MRO environments
• ✔ Proven track record managing major subcontracts
• ✔ Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• ✔ Able to influence across diverse and geographically dispersed teams
• ✔ A proactive, innovative leader who thrives in a matrix organisation
