Responsibilities- Acquire an in‑depth insight and understanding of the Supply Chain function within Bosch Rexroth with the possibility of being placed in various areas within the Supply Chain, Purchasing and Procurement environment.
- Undertake technical and project tasks along with operational and strategic responsibilities.
- Gain experience of our diverse product and service portfolio and learn the Supply Chain business and our internal development processes.
- Provide key support to audits and essential revalidations.
- Support supply chain teams in delivering constantly high availability of products, as per the agreed service levels.
- Collaborate with customers and internal manufacturing to support on‑time delivery (OTD) to our customer base through order book management and engagement.
- Keep accurate records, set up new lines, perform demand planning, transfer stock and answer calls and enquiries.
- Engage in project work for inventory & cost reduction measures.
- Handle process concessions for logistics issues.
- Perform range reviews, data tracking and price comparisons.
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering.
- A rising star looking for a fulfilling career in the Supply Chain industry.
- Software and IT knowledge, preferably experience or knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Industrial internships or initial work experience in a technical environment.
- Excellent communication skills, high level of self‑motivation and commitment, enjoyment of customer and supplier contact, open to new ideas, goal and result‑oriented, and a team player.
- Willingness to travel at home and abroad.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft packages.
