We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Customer & Logistics Coordinator to support our specialist Trade Co operation within the Health & Beauty business.

The Role

Trade Co supports large-scale customers requiring bulk delivery services. Customer relationships and commercial negotiations are managed by our Trading Account Managers (TAMs), who work directly with customers to agree pricing, volumes and terms.

As Customer & Logistics Coordinator, you will ensure customer orders are accurately processed, assembled and delivered in line with agreed service levels. You’ll work closely with teams across Commercial, Warehouse Operations, Inventory, Transport and Customer Finance, acting as the central coordinator to keep orders moving smoothly through the fulfilment process.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring product, quantity, pricing and delivery details are correctly recorded.

* Maintain visibility of active orders and monitor progress through the fulfilment process.

* Track supplier deliveries and work with Trading Account Managers to understand order priorities, deadlines and operational requirements.

* Escalate fulfilment risks, delivery issues and exceptions to the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.

* Coordinate delivery bookings with customers and transport providers, supporting on-time and in-full delivery performance.

* Liaise with warehouse, transport and other operational teams to help resolve fulfilment and delivery-related issues.

* Maintain operational trackers, records and reporting, ensuring documentation is accurate and aligned with company procedures.

* Monitor customer credit availability and support inventory management and stock reconciliation activities.

* Support compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.

* Identify and support opportunities for continuous improvement across Trade Co processes and ways of working.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

We’re looking for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple activities, working across teams and ensuring operational processes run smoothly.

Required

* Experience in logistics, fulfilment, supply chain, distribution, warehouse administration or operational support environments.

* Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.

* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

* Good problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

* Confidence working with a variety of stakeholders across different functions.

* Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.

* Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.

* Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.

Desirable

* Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

* Understanding of inventory control and stock management processes.

* Experience with in healthcare, pharmaceutical, logistics or distribution sectors.
