Key Account Coordinator

This is a great opportunity to join an established organisation where you’ll take responsibility for a key customer account, coordinating international shipments, keeping customers updated and ensuring everything from customs documentation through to final delivery runs smoothly.

It’s a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, solving problems and managing multiple shipments in a busy freight environment.

Key Account Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate deep-sea import shipments from initial booking through to final delivery
• Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing regular shipment updates and maintaining strong working relationships
• Liaise with suppliers, shipping lines, hauliers and warehouses to keep shipments moving efficiently
