Location:
Aston, Birmingham
Hours:
Monday - Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm ( 30 mins lunch ) and Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm ( 30 mins lunch )
Salary: up to £29,000 per annum
- 25 days' holiday, company pension following the qualifying period and free on-site parking.
Groom field Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Purchasing Administrator to join their established team in Aston.
Key Responsibilities- Raising and managing purchase orders
- Monitoring stock and demand across 17,000+ SKUs
- Chasing suppliers and managing delivery information
- Checking order acknowledgements
- Sourcing alternative products
- Supporting supplier performance and general administration
- Manage the placement of Purchase orders through interpretation of stock and demand.
- Purchasing/procurement experience
- ERP/MRP experience desirable
- Good Excel and IT skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Positive, analytical and solutions-focused
- Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping
- 25 days' holiday, company pension following the qualifying period and free on-site parking.
This is initially a fully office-based role, with potential for hybrid working once you are fully trained and established within the team.
