Supply Chain Analyst - FMCG Logistics

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in logistics and inventory management.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times, inventory turnover, and transportation costs.
• Collaborate with logistics providers, warehouse managers, and internal teams to streamline operations and resolve issues.
• Optimize inventory levels to minimize stockouts and reduce holding costs, ensuring product availability.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed supply chain changes and recommend solutions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new supply chain strategies and technologies.
• Monitor and forecast demand to ensure adequate stock levels across distribution centers.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in supply chain management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain analysis or logistics within the FMCG sector.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in supply chain software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
