Job Description:

This position is responsible for meeting the goals and objectives of the organization by leading global sourcing strategies, optimizing supplier relationships across regions, and driving cost efficiencies. The role ensures global trade compliance, enhances supply chain resilience, and standardizes procurement best practices. Additionally, this

position supports mergers and acquisitions through supplier integration and aligns sourcing strategies with corporate growth initiatives. The Senior Director communicates sourcing strategies to senior leaders, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

• Leads the creation and execution of sourcing strategies that align with global business objectives
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers across multiple regions
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, supplier consolidation, and value creation at a global level
• Develops, communicates, and implements long-term supply strategies and programs, that will meet current
• and future internal and external requirements faced by the Global Sourcing team.
• Manage supplier negotiations to secure favorable terms for cost, service, and avoiding risk
• Achieving organizational goals in collaboration with Executive Leadership and key stakeholders.
• Drives cost-saving initiatives while delivering innovative, socially responsible, consistent, and sustainable
• products.
• Drives the activities involved with supplier discovery, selection, and development, as well, relationship
• management.
• Supporting the sourcing of commodities to achieve improvements in total cost of ownership, working
• capital and business financial goals.
• Commitment, awareness and involvement pertaining to ISO (policy, standards, procedures, etc.) and food
• safety practices (GMPs, procedures, etc.) are requirements of all employees. Secure reliable partners to
• supply direct materials that meet processing, quality and cost requirements.
• Proactively establishes and implements countermeasures to address negative market trends and missed
• performance objectives.
• Support sourcing activities related to mergers, acquisitions, and integrations
• Works with cross functional teams to achieve strategic sourcing objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 8-10 years' experience in a related field experience in a related field required.
• Proven experience in a managerial capacity.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, Outlook Email, and calendar.
• Mentains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
• Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.
• Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision-making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
