This is a full‑time on‑site position for a Maintenance Operative based in Birmingham. Responsibilities include performing routine equipment maintenance, conducting preventive maintenance tasks to ensure long‑term efficiency, and addressing various maintenance and repair needs. The operative will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the safety and proper functioning of all facilities. The successful candidate will work as part of a team to maintain high‑quality standards across the site.

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
• Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair and general Maintenance tasks
• Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues through effective Troubleshooting
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Understanding of health and safety regulations
• Previous experience in maintenance or a similar field is preferred
• Flexibility to work varying shifts as required
