Location: Birmingham & the Wider Midlands

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £24,000 Per Annum

We are now looking for a dedicated Maintenance Assistant to join our Estates Team.

• Carry out general maintenance tasks, including basic repairs, painting, and decorating.
• Support with gardening and upkeep of outdoor spaces.
• Assist the Estates Manager with planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Help ensure our buildings, fixtures, and fittings are maintained to the highest standards.
• Take pride in creating a safe, welcoming environment for the people we support, their families, and visitors.

• Previous experience in general maintenance and gardening.
• Practical skills in painting, decorating, and repairs.
• A caring, patient, and flexible approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence (a company van and fuel will be provided).
