Location: Birmingham & the Wider Midlands
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £24,000 Per Annum

AboutThe Role
We are now looking for a dedicated Maintenance Assistant to join our Estates Team.
What Youll Do- Carry out general maintenance tasks, including basic repairs, painting, and decorating.
- Support with gardening and upkeep of outdoor spaces.
- Assist the Estates Manager with planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
- Help ensure our buildings, fixtures, and fittings are maintained to the highest standards.
- Take pride in creating a safe, welcoming environment for the people we support, their families, and visitors.
- Previous experience in general maintenance and gardening.
- Practical skills in painting, decorating, and repairs.
- A caring, patient, and flexible approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence (a company van and fuel will be provided).
- Company van including fuel.
