Estate Services Operative (Cleaning)

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Estate Services Operative to join our Property Operations team. You'll help keep our estates clean, safe, and well‑maintained, ensuring a great environment for all residents.

• Clean communal areas including stairwells, lifts, floors and windows
• Maintain refuse/bins areas and carry out litter picking
• Remove bulk waste and fly‑tipping (including hazardous materials when required)
• Report repairs, issues, and any health & safety concerns
• Carry out basic estate duties such as gritting, minor repairs, and graffiti removal
• Use scheduling software to record daily tasks
• Drive company vehicles (vans / tipper trucks)

• Full UK driving licence
• Valid DBS Certificate
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather
• Good basic literacy and numeracy
• Experience in cleaning, facilities, or estate services (preferred)
• Willingness to follow all health & safety policies and use PPE correctly

• NVQ in Cleaning or Environmental Services (or willingness to complete during probation)
