** Holy Trinity Infants School, NG25 0LD
**, you will be working
** 19.5 hours per week, split shifts Monday to Thursday 6:00am - 8:00am and 4:00pm - 6:00pm, and Friday 4:30pm - 6:00pm, 43 weeks per year**.You'll play a key role in providing high-quality caretaking services, ensuring the site is safe, secure, and maintained to a high standard.
** Your responsibilities will include:
*** Carrying out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs
* Ensuring heating, lighting and alarm systems are working properly
* Carrying out and recording basic checks and maintaining Health and Safety records
* Monitoring site stock and undertaking some cleaning duties where required
* Opening and/or securing the site as part of your shift pattern
* Demonstrating Health and Safety awareness and willingness to attend training
** Who are we looking for?
*** Previous caretaking or maintenance experience is desirable
* Strong customer service and communication skills
