Responsibilities- Prepare residential properties for tenant handovers by conducting detailed and thorough cleans.
- Clean kitchens, appliances, bathrooms, and internal areas, treating limescale, mould, and stubborn dirt build‑up.
- Clean windows, floors, skirting boards, and doors.
- Ensure properties are ready for final inspections.
- Manage workload and complete assignments usually lasting 4–8 hours.
- Minimum 2 years of cleaning experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload.
- Own transport and cleaning equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good spoken English.
- Availability Monday to Friday and weekends.
