OverviewWe are seeking reliable and experienced Property Handover Cleaners for professional move‑out cleaning assignments. You will help prepare residential properties for tenant handovers by completing detailed and thorough cleans.
Responsibilities- Cleaning kitchens, appliances, bathrooms and internal areas.
- Treating limescale, mould and stubborn dirt build‑up.
- Cleaning windows, floors, skirting boards and doors.
- Ensuring properties are ready for final inspections.
- Minimum 2 years of cleaning experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload.
- Own transport and cleaning equipment essential.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good spoken English.
- Work available Monday to Friday; significant weekend availability.
- Assignments usually last between 4–8 hours.
