• Basic experience in maintenance tasks, with a willingness to learn and assist in various projects
• Demonstrable ability to work autonomously and efficiently, managing your responsibilities diligently
• Collaborative spirit, prepared to work in coordination with other team members and report to the maintenance head as necessary
• Punctuality and reliability, ensuring a professional approach to all assignments
• Commitment to adhering to safety and health regulations, maintaining a secure and clean work environment
• Must supply own PPE in terms of job appropriate clothing and footware

• Assist in a wide range of maintenance duties, including installing new appliances and decorating spaces
• Support the maintenance team in identifying issues and implementing solutions promptly and effectively
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas, ensuring compliance with safety standards
• Aid in keeping records of maintenance tasks carried out, providing reports as necessary

• Hourly rate: From £15 per hour, commensurate with skills and experience
