Broughton Group is looking for a proactive Area Neighbourhood Caretaker based in Birmingham B31. You will lead a team of up to eight estate caretakers, ensuring high standards in our local communities and performing health and safety checks.
The successful candidate must have a full driving licence and will need practical skills for maintenance and cleaning tasks, along with strong communication skills. Flexible working hours are required from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
