Distribution & Recycling Warehouse Operative - Warehouse

What you'll do

• Check vehicles into the recycling area.
• Process card, plastic, and food waste efficiently.
• Work with contractors and colleagues to keep collections on track.
• Update our Warehouse Management System (WMS) with pallet counts and report issues.
• Use machinery safely to move pallets and complete tasks.
• Support driver debriefs and check the outbound lanes to ensure pallets are in the right place every time.
• Help warehouse operations and keep standards high with a clean-as-you-go approach.

• Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work with all types of stock, whether it's indoors, outdoors, or in chilled areas.
• Ability to work independently, taking responsibility for your tasks.
• Good attention to detail, even when working quickly.
• A can-do attitude and pride in doing a great job.

£13.45 - £14.45 per hour + £1.50 extra per hour for hours worked in the freezer + £3.50 extra per hour for hours worked between 23:00 and 05:00. Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm | 30-35 days holiday (pro rata).
