About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and maintenance of our growing portfolio of properties across Birmingham, Worcester, and Malvern.

This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, repair, refurbishment, and property improvement tasks. The successful candidate will take pride in maintaining high property standards and ensuring our accommodation remains safe, functional, and guest-ready at all times.

The role offers variety, with responsibilities ranging from reactive repairs and preventative maintenance to decorating, furniture assembly, and preparing new properties for launch.

Key Responsibilities

Property Maintenance & Repairs

• Carry out general maintenance and repair work across the property portfolio.
• Perform regular property inspections and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Respond promptly to reactive maintenance issues and emergency repairs.
• Complete minor to mid-scale repairs to maintain property standards.
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and to a high standard.
