Mobile Cleaner

About The Role

Atlas FM is recruiting a mobile cleaner with a strong contract cleaning background for the Birmingham area. Pay: £13.30 per hour.

Hours:

Zero‑hours mobile cleaning role with no minimum hours guaranteed. Shifts offered on an ad‑hoc basis to meet business needs, including early mornings, late evenings and nights. Flexibility to accept or decline shifts is required.

• Dedicate time on different sites, going the extra mile and meeting client site needs.
• Undergo induction and training within the first week to learn the cleaning specification and equipment use.
• Receive a company van, fuel card and mobile phone.
• Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials; full training will be provided.
• Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
• Empty litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
• Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
• Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

• Attitude to thrive and cleaning experience; training provided for those who match our positive approach.
• Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
• Basic spoken English for safety communication.
• Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Right to work in the UK (proof required); applies to all UK and non‑UK nationals.
• Employment conditional upon DBS check at the required level.
• Driving licence check before deployment.
