We are currently seeking a Specialist Hygiene Technician to join our dedicated team at the Birmingham branch, covering the Birmingham and surrounding area. Enjoy managing your own schedule and solving unique customer problems in person.

  Start with a basic salary of £26,655 per annum
• Expected OTE: £33,000 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes available

In this role, you will provide a range of hygiene cleaning services across various environments and premises, including biohazard cleaning, flood water damage clean‑up, infection control, police and prison cell cleaning, sharps removal, trauma and crime scene cleaning, and technical cleaning such as factory cleans, high‑level cleaning, and silo cleaning.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working reactively in a fast‑paced business where work can change from week to week
• Working as part of an on‑call rota (typical twice a quarter)
• Offering valuable advice to customers when required
• Providing exceptional customer service and upholding a professional image at all times

• Full UK driving licence, held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points
• Self‑motivated, reliable and proactive
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs
• Capable of working at heights and in confined spaces
• May be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role applied for
