Position Details

Required to start: as soon as possible.

Hours:

36.5 hours per week, all year round (average shifts 2pm - 6pm, Monday to Friday, occasional shift variations, some later nights with paid overtime).
Salary:
Grade 3 (points 9-22) – £27,254 – £33,699 per annum.

Ninestiles, An Academy.

• Work with the Site team to ensure the smooth running of the Academy.
• Undertake caretaker duties and site maintenance routines.
• Respond to emergencies related to the site.

• Previous experience in estates and facilities, ideally within an educational setting (not essential).
• Ability to work flexibly, prioritise workload and remain calm under pressure.
• Professional, friendly manner at all times.
• Awareness of health & safety (full training provided).
