Service Engineer (Full Product Training)

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 plus overtime and additional benefits.

As a Service Engineer, you will be the go‑to professional for preventative and reactive maintenance of a wide range of ATM and banking machinery.

• Preventative and reactive maintenance of electrical and mechanical machinery.
• Field based role covering multiple facilities across Birmingham and the Midlands.
• Follow a 2‑week shift rotation: 6:00AM – 2:00PM / 7:00AM – 3:00PM.
• Perform troubleshooting, repair and servicing of complex hardware and software systems.
• Maintain accurate work‑order logs and support quality assurance processes.

• Service Engineer, Technician or similar background.
• Experience with mechanical or electrical systems, including ATM or banking machinery.
• Willingness and ability to cover the Birmingham / Midlands region.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to work independently in the field.
