Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

Are you a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor with experience managing mechanical maintenance engineers in the FM/Building Services sector? If you are interested in joining a market leading global FM service provider, we have a new permanent opportunity in Birmingham.

• Salary of £47,500 per annum

• Working for a market leading FM service provider across a single-site estate

You will work across a large healthcare estate in Birmingham, leading a team of dedicated mechanical maintenance engineers covering building services maintenance. You will ensure a compliant and effective service is delivered at all times. The role covers a large static estate in Birmingham.

• Mechanical engineering qualification – Level 3 equivalent or higher
• Experience supervising multi‑skilled hard services engineers
• Experience managing planned and reactive maintenance schedules
• Full DBS vetting required due to the nature of the estate
• Experience in the healthcare industry is highly advantageous

Possible titles:
Mechanical Team Leader, Mechanical Lead Engineer, Lead Mechanical Engineer, Senior Mechanical Engineer, Maintenance Team Leader, Maintenance Supervisor, Assistant Maintenance Manager, Assistant Mechanical Manager.
