36.5 hours per week, all year round (Mon‑Friday with occasional shift variations, some later nights with paid overtime).

Grade 3 (points 9-22) FTE £27,254–£33,699 per annum

To work with the Site team to ensure the smooth running of the Academy. Undertake the caretaking, site maintenance routines, and respond to emergencies relating to the site as necessary.

The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate previous experience in estates and facilities, ideally within an educational setting but this is not essential. Other essential skill sets involve the ability to work flexibly and prioritise workload, work calmly under pressure and uphold a professional, friendly manner at all times. You should also have an awareness and understanding of H&S although full training will be given.
