Maintenance Operative

Overview

Maintenance Operative required in the Birmingham, Walsall, and Coventry areas. Temporary ongoing position with a pay rate of £13.20 to £18.20 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Monday to Friday, shifts between 08:00 and 18:00. A full valid driving licence is required.

• Carry out routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs.
• Conduct inspections and identify areas needing attention.
• Respond swiftly to emergency maintenance requests.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

• Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour.
• A proactive approach to safety and compliance.
