Extra Care Charitable Trust is recruiting a Facilities Maintenance Assistant for the New Oscott Village site in Birmingham. You will support day‑to‑day maintenance, carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and general fault finding across building services to keep the village safe and well‑maintained for residents and staff.
The role involves basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry and decorating, plus health and safety checks.
