Moving Helper — Safe Lifts & Dollies

I’m planning a small moving day and need a reliable helper to assist with loading, transporting, and unloading a few boxes and a sofa. The job involves carrying items from a ground-floor flat to a second-floor apartment within the same building, with stairs involved. I’d appreciate someone who can help safely lift heavy items, use a dolly, and tie down items in the vehicle.

Availability to start in the late morning and work for about 3–4 hours would be ideal. Please bring appropriate moving blankets, straps, and gloves if you have them. I’m aiming for a smooth, careful move with no damage to walls or furniture.
